A new 3cx offering in late 2024 has given partners the ability to directly host a multi-tenant platform for prospective customers who are smaller in size and either one, don’t need the overhead of a dedicated system. Or two, would like to save the cost incurred with a dedicated instance. We have purchased the required licensing to get us started, and as we onboard customers to this system we will either expand the license, or purchase additional licenses to bring up additional systems.
If you have a maximum of 10 extensions, we can offer you space on our multi-tentant enterprise license for $275 a year (paid monthly with an additional talk plan). If you have a maximum of 20 extensions, we can offer you space on our multi-tentant enterprise license for $350 a year (paid monthly with an additional talk plan). The beauty of this is there are ZERO up front license costs. We’ve already made that investment for you!
This is a shared system setup for 4 digit internal extensions. You won’t have the ability to pick your extension numbers at all. Each customer is 100% isolated from the other with no ability to inter-mingle extension groups, calls, reports, etc. System managment is 100% handled by Colorado VoIP and you will not be given any admin console access. In the event you outgrow this platform, do note there is no migration path to a dedicated instance. You would be starting over on a totally new private dedicated system.
If you want basic administrative ability of your system, the ability to hand pick your extension numbers, or want the piece of mind knowing it’s your system and ONLY your system, than a private dedicated instance is the right solution for you.
